About the Editors: Dr. Sanjay Kumar Das is currently working as Head of Department and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at Department of Economics, Purnea Mahila Mahavidyalaya (A Constituent Unit of Purnea University), Purnea. He is a distinguished academician with a Ph.D. in Economics from Mumbai School of Economics & Public Policy, University of Mumbai, Mumbai and M.A. from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune. He worked in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has published International Solo Book being as an author and contributed chapters in National Books. He has published research papers in leading national and international journals and actively participated in national and international seminars.
