At CIRS Publication, we are dedicated to providing high-quality books and publishing services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products (eBooks, PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Print-on-demand or customized books cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with the following details:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

Replacement

• Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to availability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, if they have not yet been shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
